Converting a Grade I listed mews into high-end residential accommodation involved extensive structural alteration and finishes to a very high standard, generating a high volume of change to manage.
As contracts and commercial manager we managed more than 200 variations through the project, reprogrammed delayed elements of the works, and kept the commercial position under control as the works proceeded.
Planned completion achieved despite the volume of change, with a 19% project margin maintained throughout.
