Commercial recovery and entitlement protection on one of London's highest-value residential refurbishments.
CVRs on the project were inaccurate and entitlement had gone unclaimed, while client payment delays put pressure on the contractor's cash position.
As commercial lead we corrected the CVRs, identified and recovered previously unclaimed variations, protected contractual entitlement through the payment delays, and mentored junior commercial staff on the account.
Over £1m recovered in previously unclaimed variations, 589+ variations secured on the scheme, and the final account moved from £9.33m to £11.2m on a properly substantiated basis.
