A historic, high-end residential building needed refurbishing under a JCT Intermediate contract, with multiple consultants to coordinate alongside the client.
Acting as project manager, contract administrator and principal quantity surveyor, Ben managed the project and consultant interfaces, administered the contract and payment, and led cost control and client reporting.
Coordinated delivery across the consultant team, with the contract, payment and cost position administered throughout. This appointment predates BPH Surveyors and formed part of Ben's earlier career.
